Early Intervention is a voluntary program for infants and toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays with support for families.

Who it may help

To be eligible for EIP your child must:

  • Live in New York City.
  • Be under the age of three (up to two years and 11 months).
  • Be evaluated (program staff will help you choose an evaluating agency).

What you may need

Proof of identity, NYC residency, and household income may be required.
