Who it may help
To be eligible for EIP your child must:
- Live in New York City.
- Be under the age of three (up to two years and 11 months).
- Be evaluated (program staff will help you choose an evaluating agency).
What you may need
Proof of identity, NYC residency, and household income may be required.
