Who it may help

If your annual household income is more than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), you may not be eligible to receive services from certain City-funded legal service providers.

  • If your household size is 1, your yearly income must be at or below $2,660.
  • If your household size is 2, your yearly income must be at or below $3,607.
  • If your household size is 3, your yearly income must be at or below $4,553.
  • If your household size is 4, your yearly income must be at or below $5,500.
  • If your household size is 5, your yearly income must be at or below $6,447.
  • If your household size is 6, your yearly income must be at or below $7,393.
  • If your household size is 7, your yearly income must be at or below $8,340.
  • If your household size is 8, your yearly income must be at or below $9,287.
  • Each additional person, add +$947 to the limit.
